JacoVIP all the way. Let me start by saying the reason for my visit was for my 60th birthday celebration. So a lot of planning and thought had to go into accommodating 14-16 people for 5 days. I was in direct communication with the owner much of the time. I went full out on services: Chef, driver, transportation, etc all arranged through the owner, The place: stunning and met all my expectations. The views are breathtaking and I don’t think the pictures truly do it justice.
Staff: Angie the chef was amazing and everyone loved her food. She also suggested the “floor show” for my birthday celebration which rendered me speechless. We had dancers eating fire with live music. Quite a show and completely unexpected. Bob the driver knew every where to take us. We went to a few different places every night depending on what clubs were hot. Bob took care of any request. Don’t be afraid to ask him anything. Maryuri the housekeeper was always gracious and accommodating. Emilio provided worry-free security. He was there every night when we went to sleep and was still there in the late morning.
We recommend the ATV tour through the jungle to a waterfall where you can swim and jump off the cliff if you dare. The guide will show you the best way to climb up the cliff. The catamaran tour to Tortuga Island was absolutely amazing. It’s about a 30 minute boat ride from the Los Suenos Marina but we enjoyed ourself the entire trip. They served drinks and had food available. We also used the in house SPA services offered by Casa Amarillo. Don’t forget to try that. We have 10 people getting massages all at the same time throughout the entire house.
The place holds 25 easily but I’d say 16-20 is perfect. The jacuzzi that is under the pool was the spot to be many nights of the party. If you want to be a true JacoVIP this is the place to stay. Book your stay at Casa Amarillo Now.
